Sometimes
air-conditioned and sometimes not (the door and windows are
occasionally opened to let in the breeze), 'The Rendezvous' at Le Soleil
de Boracay Hotel is a classy restaurant with good service, an
attractive decor and a comprehensive menu. Patina-green chairs and
ocher-colored walls impart an air of casual Mediterranean-style elegance
to the interior. Pastas, pizzas", steak and seafood specialties
predominate the extensive menu. Oysters Rockefeller and pan-fried
chicken breast filled with ham and mozzarella come highly recommended,
and likewise the seafood gratin. Fish and chips for homesick Brits and
Aussies. Full selection of beverages, including wine.
