Justin Bieber has thanked fans for "converting haters" by watching his movie.
The pop star's latest documentary Believe was released in cinemas earlier this week.
The feature explores his passion for music, his relationships and how he has grown up in the spotlight. There is also never-before-seen concert footage and exclusive behind-the-scenes clips.
Following its unveiling Justin took to Twitter to share how grateful he is for the support from loyal followers. He also encouraged them to get together for a trip to the cinema this weekend.
"Thanks for everyone seeing the movie, doing meetups, taking friends & family, and converting haters and showing our truth :) #BelieveMovie," he wrote
"This weekend is the #BelieveWeekend - let's fill the theatres and show our strength as a family. Love u guys. (sic)"
His manager Scooter Braun was thrilled by the reactions to Believe and couldn't contain his excitement either.
"Love hearing that those going to #BelieveMovie are leaving #INSPIRED. Great feeling. Headed to Vancouver (sic)" he gushed on the social-networking.
Although Justin's fans have nothing but praise for the flick it made just $1.25 million in ticket sales during its opening day in US theatres, putting it 14th in the box office.
These events come after the 19-year-old singer announced his "official" retirement from music on Twitter, following comments he made about wanting to change his life in a US radio interview.
"My beloved beliebers I'm officially retiring," he wrote.
"The media talks a lot about me.They make a up a lot of lies and want me to fail but I'm never leaving you, being a belieber is a lifestyle.
"Be kind loving to each other, forgive each other as god forgave us through Christ Merry Christmas IM HERE FOREVER (sic)"
Scooter has previously insisted Justin was just joking when he spoke of leaving the limelight on the radio.
"He said in the interview that he was kidding two seconds later," Scooter explained.
"Next year he is just taking a break to just make music and relax and take time to himself. It's the first time [he's had a break] since he was 12."
