MANILA – Billy Crawford will be posting bail within the day following the incident at a police station in Taguig on Sunday where he broke the glass of one of its sliding doors.
Following his inquest proceedings on Monday morning, Crawford’s legal counsel, Atty. Jose Aspiras, said the singer-host will only be facing charges of malicious mischief and disobedience to person in authority.
“We are waiting for the paperwork to be done and for the process to take its place. Within the day, hopefully before lunch we could post bail,” he said.
For the meantime, Aspiras said his client will be detained in the holding area at the Taguig City Police Station until his provisional liberty is granted.
