Cancer-stricken Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago talks to reporters on Wednesday, September 10, after walking out of a Commission on Appointments foreign affairs committee hearing where she accused Rep. Rodolfo Fariñas of questioning her authority. Fariñas said the hearing couldn't proceed due to lack of quorum, but Santiago, who chairs the panel, said the presence of the committee chairperson is enough to consist a quorum. Benjie Castro
