Both actresses say they're on good terms
MANILA - Angel Locsin does not feel the need to react to a recent tweet from her former co-star Angelica Panganiban, which triggered speculation that the latter supposedly still holds a grudge against "Darna" actress.
In the live episode of "Aquino & Abunda Tonight" on Wednesday, host Kris Aquino said she asked Locsin for her reaction to Panganiban's tweet.
Aquino quoted Locsin as saying: "Ang weird naman na mag-re-react ako dahil hindi naman pinangalanan at feeling ko, okay naman kami."
According to Aquino, Locsin noted that she and Panganiban were on good terms when they last met personally at the 2013 Guillermo Mendoza Awards ceremony, where they were both awarded Film Actress of the Year for their respective roles in "One More Try."
Panganiban earlier clarified that her tweet about a person who lacks comedic timing did not pertain to Locsin, who was co-hosting the live episode of "It's Showtime" at the time Panganiban posted the message on Twitter on Tuesday.
